NPS
Industry metric
Net Promoter Score
Likelihood to recommend on a 0–10 scale. NPS is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors.
Score many respondents at once
Use one row per respondent and one column per item (Q1…Q1), with raw responses from 0 to 10. An optional first column called id labels each row. Comma, semicolon and tab separated files all work.

When to use it
Tracking loyalty over time. Only meaningful in aggregate, so use dataset scoring for a real NPS.
How it is scored
- 9–10 = Promoter, 7–8 = Passive, 0–6 = Detractor.
- NPS = % Promoters − % Detractors, ranging from −100 to +100.
- A single response only gives a category. Upload a dataset to compute the score with a 95% confidence interval.
